Climbing Technology RollNLock is an ultra-lightweight multi-purpose device for mountaineering, rope work, rescue and self-rescue. Compact and manoeuvrable, it can be used in three different modes: ascender, pulley or recovery pulley.

The main features are the new geometry and the different colouring of the cheeks, which make its use even more intuitive; allows ascending a rope in accordance with EN 567 / EN 12841-B standards (ascender mode); thanks to the possibility of locking the cam, it can be used as a simple pulley for lifting or transferring a load in accordance with EN 12278 (pulley mode); allows the direct recovery of a load, the creation of pulleys and the lifting or self-lifting of a person, e.g. in the case of falling into a crevasse (recovery pulley mode); in pulley mode, the rope is free to run in both directions, while in recovery pulley mode it is free to run in one direction and locks in the opposite direction; switching from one mode to the other is intuitive and can be done even when wearing gloves or in adverse conditions; its compact size and light weight make it an ideal tool to keep hanging from the harness for all eventualities.
