Petzl Rollclip Z screw-lock pulley-carabiner is a D-shaped carabiner with a ring-opening system designed for work at height, rescue, artificial climbing and short rope ascents.

Rollclip Z has an integrated pulley with a diameter of 18 mm, designed to facilitate the installation of the rope when the pulley is positioned on the anchor. This type of system reduces friction and wear on the working rope and is ideal for making rope deviations.

Rollclip Z finds great use in the installation of hoists, pulley connections and for short ascents, simply by hooking the carabiner to a Jumar climbing handle. The carabiner-pulley will be used as a rope return after working descenders.

The pulley accepts ropes with a diameter between 7 and 13 mm and has an efficiency of 85%.
