SCARPA Golden Gate ATR is a super versatile trail running shoe, suitable for daily training on medium and long distances on off-road and mixed terrain, which can also include asphalted sections!

Comfortable, reliable and protective, it adapts well to people of any weight and experience. The fit is very precise and for this reason SCARPA recommends an extra size if you want a comfortable fit.

The upper is light, breathable and resistant. Moreover, thanks to the structural wave tie rods you will always have a correct tensioning and an optimal fit. To improve the fit there is a collar integrated into the tongue that simulates a sock, facilitating the entry of the foot and avoiding the entry of mud and pebbles. Also in the rest of the foot you will have the sensation of wearing a soft sock, which thanks to the Sock-Fit LW construction makes the fit enveloping and very comfortable.

Another strong point of this model is the combination of sole / midsole! The latter is equipped with the “i-Respond” propulsion system which favors the thrust phase and allows you to waste less energy.
